Measuring point optimization of a gearbox based on model measurement and analysis

摘要 针对齿轮箱状态检测和故障诊断中,传感器数量难以确定,测点难以定位的问题,提出根据不同测点的频响特性优化测点的方法.在搭建了齿轮箱模态测试系统后,采用锤击模态测试方法对JZQ250齿轮箱模态进行了实测,并识别出箱体的振型和模态参数.重点对箱盖10个测点频响函数特性进行分析,比较测点3个方向频率响应的强弱,给出了10个测点布设传感器的排序.结果表明:箱体上靠近轴承处布设测点,在3个方向上总体上响应强烈,受激励点影响较小;而箱体边缘处测点幅值大小与激励点有关. Aiming at the problem in condition detection and fault diagnosis for a gearbox,in which the numbers of sensors and their locations were difficultly determined,a method of measuring point optimization was supposed based on transfer function character in different measuring point.After setting up the model measurement system of the gearbox,the models of JZQ250 gearbox were tested by hammered model measurement method.And a vibration model and modal parameters of the gearbox were identified.The transfer function characters for ten measuring points of the gearbox were analyzed and compared by their strength or weakness of frequency response in three directions.At last,the sequence of ten measuring points which were installed with sensors was shown.The results show that the measuring points on the gearbox cover near bearing have stronger response than others,and are weakly affected by driving-point,however,the amplitudes of those on its edge are related to driving-point.
