摘要
在Solid Work软件中建立齿轮箱箱体的三维实体模型,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Work-bench对齿轮箱箱体进行仿真分析,得出箱体前10阶约束模态的系统固有频率和相应振型,通过其模态分析为动态响应分析提供理论依据。运用此方法可以在箱体设计时避开齿轮箱啮合工作频率,避免由机械共振造成的整机故障,并为齿轮箱系统故障诊断提供理论支持。
By using Solidwork,a 3-dimensional solid model of the laboratorial gearbox case is founded.With the ANSYS Workbench,the laboratorial gearbox case is simulated.The natural frequency and the relevant vibration form of the basing based on the first ten steps constraint mode are achieved.Through the analysis on the mode,it provided the theory basis to the dynamic response.With that method,the engagement assigned frequency can be avoided at the time of the basing design.At the same time,the fault of the complete machines created by resonance can be avoided.It can also provide theory support for the fault diagnosis of the gearbox system.
