顶驱钻机400V/600V电源系统的研制

Development of Top Drive Rig 400V/600V Power Supply System

顶驱钻机是将动力从井架的顶部直接驱动钻具旋转钻进、完成循环钻井液、接立根、上卸扣和倒划眼等多种钻井操作的钻井装置。顶驱电控系统采用进口交流电动机、交流变频驱动的特殊级600V电源系统。由于国内没有专业配套生产600 V电源系统的厂家,各钻井队在引进顶驱钻机的同时还得配套进口国外专业发电机厂家生产的600 V柴油发电机电源,致使该产品购置周期较长、购置费用高、维护保养程序复杂、繁琐、昂贵,在时间、资金上制约着油田钻井队钻机的更新换代。我厂研制的顶驱钻机电源系统能把现有发电机产生的400 V电源稳定、安全地转换为顶驱钻机所需的600 V电源。另外,顶驱钻机400 V/600 V电源系统能方便、高效、安全地接入系统电网电源中,利用系统电网电源为顶驱钻机提供稳定工作电源并有效地节约钻井成本。

The top drive drilling rig is a kind of drilling equipment which drives directly rotary drilling tool,completes circulation of drilling fluid,connection of drill pipe,tightening and loosing drill stem and drawn down to finish variety of drill operation by means of power from electric motor installed on derrick top.Electric control system of top drilling rig adopt imported AC motor,which is the special-class 600 volt power supply system driven by AC alter frequency motor.Because there is no domestic manufacture on which the special 600 volt power supply system was produced,all of drilling crew had to import diesel generator with 600 volt power source while introduction of top drive drilling rig from oversea,which lead to longer periods,high cost,complicated maintenance procedure,financially restricting of the upgrade of oil rig drilling due to cost and long period.The transformer station made in our factory can transfer 400V into 600V power supply stably and reliably by using existing generator.In additional,this kind of power system（400V/600V） is accessed to system grid conveniently,effectively and securely and is easy to provide power for drilling rig working and to save drilling cost.
