摘要
根据惯性器件减振器的应用考核要求——所受的负荷、结构特性及工作频率,确定了减振材料的性能指标,通过对阻尼材料进行配方设计得到了满足要求的高阻尼减振材料;并通过采用阻尼措施,在不改变原设计的条件下增加结构阻尼,达到阻尼减振的目的;通过对产品进行有限元分析和试验验证,得到了较好的减振效果。
This paper determined performance index of the materials based on application of damper on inertial devices,including load,structural characteristics and operating frequency.Acquired high-damping materials which meet requirement through the formulation and design of the damping materials;through the use of the damping measures without changing the original design,increased the structural damping and achieve the purpose of damping to reduce,Finally,acquired better damping effects through the finite element analysis and test of the product.
