摘要
考虑自由气、含气液体的体积收缩、漏失、油管和抽油杆的弹性伸缩等4个方面的影响,对C油田H区块抽油井的泵效进行了理论计算。结果表明,实际泵效明显低于理论值,其主要原因是凡尔漏失或堵塞以及油管严重结蜡或结盐。计算分析还表明,该区块多数油井的沉没度不合理;合理值应为:含水率小于0.6时为350~450m,含水率为0.60~0.90时为300~400m,含水率大于0.90时为200~300m。另外,该区块目前的尾管配备极不合理,基本上起不到防止积水的作用,反而会增加气体对泵效的影响,因此建议对沉没度进行调整。
A theoretical analysis for pump efficiency of pumping wells in the block H of the field C is made in consideration of 4 effects such as free gas, shrinkage and leakage of gaseous liquid, and elastic elongation and shrinkage of tubing and sucker rod. The analysis results show that the real value of pump efficiency is apparently lower than its theoretical value because of a leakage or blockage of valves and severe plugging of paraffins and scales. The analysis also shows that the submergence depth of the most wells in the block is not reasonable Its correct value should be: the submergence depth is 350-450m while water cut<0 6 and 300-400m while water cut=0 6-0 9 as well as 200-300m while water cut>0 9. It is suggested that the current submergence depth should be modified to eliminate incorrect location of liners.
