分解炉中煤粉燃尽特性的试验研究及评价 被引量:2

摘要 通过高温悬浮试验反应台模拟了不同温度和O2情况下,水泥工业所用的4种典型煤粉的燃尽特性。试验表明,温度提高、燃烧气氛中O2含量的增加有利于提高煤粉的燃烧效果,尤其对无烟煤有较大的影响,但温度及O2的进一步增加对烟煤的影响则较小。根据煤粉的燃烧特性,结合分解炉的特点提出了评价分解炉中煤粉燃尽特性的特征燃尽度和相对燃尽时间,认为只要出分解炉煤粉燃尽度≥90%即可确保分解炉设计的可靠性及合理性。根据煤粉在特征燃尽度下的相对燃尽时间可指导实际分解炉的开发和对现有分解炉实施改造,以确保和提高煤粉在分解炉中的燃烧效果,从而保证分解炉的运行可靠。 By means of an high temperature suspension reactor, the burnout characteristics of four representative types of pulverized coal, which were normally used in cement industry, had been simulated under different temperature and oxygen content. The test result showed that the higher temperature and oxygen content would obviously improve the burning efficiency, especially for anthracite, but further increase the temperature and oxygen content had less influence on the burning efficiency of bituminite. Based on the coal combustion characteristic and the feature of calciner, characteristic burnout degree and relative burnout time were proposed to evaluate the burnout characteristics of pulverized coal. The reliability and rationality of calciner could be ensured if the characteristic burnout degree of pulverized coal was more than 90%. Based on the relative burnout time under a certain characteristic burnout degree, calciner could be designed or renovated more scientifically, then to improve the burning efficiency of coal in calciner and to ensure the reliability of calciner.
