摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定呋喃西林贴中呋喃西林的含量。方法:Thermo-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺-冰醋酸(30∶70∶0.15∶0.3);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:375 nm。结果:呋喃西林在1.92~11.52 mg.L-1质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9;供试品溶液在8小时内稳定,RSD为0.48%;平均回收率为95.85%(n=9)。结论:所建立的方法专属性强,精密度好,测定结果准确。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of nitrofurazonum patche.Methods:The Thermo C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.Mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-triethylamine-acetic acid glacial(30 ∶70 ∶0.15 ∶0.3) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 375 nm.Results:The linear response ranges of nitrofurazonum were 1.92-11.52 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 9).The sample solution was stable within 8 h.The average recovery was 95.68%.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.
