早期综合治疗对新生儿急性化脓性髋关节炎预后的影响(附21例报告)

Early comprehensive treatment of acute septic hip arthritis in newborns to reduce hip complications (report of 21 cases)

目的探讨早期综合治疗对新生儿急性化脓性髋关节炎预后的影响。方法对2004年6月～2009年6月收治的21例新生儿急性化脓性髋关节炎的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果发病1～6d做出诊断17例,发病7～13d做出诊断4例。本组21例均得到有效治疗,随访16例2年,步态正常15例,跛行1例,X线片示股骨头骨化中心正常10例,形态小3例,形态扁2例,缺失1例,髋关节半脱位、脱位各1例。结论早期综合治疗可以提高疗效,减轻髋关节破坏,降低病理性髋脱位。

Objective To discuss the significances of early comprehensive treatments for acute septic hip arthritis in newborns.Methods Twenty-one cases of newborn septic hip arthritis from June 2004 to June 2009 were treated in our hospital.Patients＇ cases records were reviwed retrosectively.Results In 21 cases,17cases were diagnosed within 6 days after being infected,4 cases where dingnosed within 7～13 days.The patients were treated with antibiotics and leg traction.Sixteen cases were followed-up for 2 years,15 cases of them had normal gait,1 case was crippled.X-ray showed normal ossification center of the femoral head in 10 cases,3 small in shape,2 flat,1 hip subluxation and 1 dislocation and 1 lost from follow-up.Conclusions Early comprehensive treatment can alleviate the destruction of hip arthritis,reduce the pathological dislocation of the hip.
