经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断颈管型宫颈癌的临床价值

The clinical significance of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endocervical carcinoma

目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断颈管型宫颈癌的临床价值。方法回顾性分析36例应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查并经手术及病理证实的颈管型宫颈癌的超声表现。结果经手术及组织病理证实的颈管型宫颈癌36例患者中,超声判断正确33例,诊断符合率为91.67%。结论应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断颈管型宫颈癌,可给临床医师提示以便早做活检、早诊断、早治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endocervical carcinoma.Methods In this study,36 patients with endocervical carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.Further,the transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination were compared with the findings of surgery and pathology.Results Among the 36 cases,33 cases were diagnosed as endocervical carcinoma by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and the rate of correct diagnosis was 91.67.Conclusions Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound may play an important roles for the diagnosis of endocervical carcinoma.The findings from ultrasound examination can be guidance for early biopsy,early diagnosis and early treatment.
