摘要
良好的医患沟通是改善医患关系的重要途径。从描述医患沟通的现状入手,从心理学层面探讨了医患双方的认知、情绪、人格等因素是如何影响医患沟通的,并针对存在的问题提出了改善医患沟通的对策。
A favorable doctor - patient communication is a vital means of improving the relationship between doctors and patients. Starting from the psychological level, this article describes the present situation of doctor - patient communication and discusses how cognitive factors, emotional factors and personality factors of both sides impact the doctor-patient communication. Besides, it puts forward some improving countermeasures to exsiting problems.
