摘要
对蚌埠市5家不同级别综合性医院的医务人员进行问卷调查及个人访谈,根据调查数据结果,对不同级别综合性医院医患关系的现状、问题等进行分析探讨,提出合理性意见和建议,以期重建和谐医患关系,提高患者对医院的满意度。
Related questionnaire investigation and in -depth interviews were conducted among the doctors and nurses in 5 different level general hospitals, which aimed to analyze the current status of doctor - patient relationship and the deep - seated reasons for the current unharmonious doctor - patient relationship. Then,corresponding measures were proposed to rebuild up a harmonious doctor - patient relationship and increase patients' satisfaction to hospitals.
