摘要
对县级基层医院51例医疗纠纷事故发生的原因、科室分布及解决方法等方面进行分析,发现县级医院医疗纠纷事故主要发生在手术室,如骨科、外科、妇产科等。针对这种情况,提出防范对策。
This paper analyzed the causes, department distribution, and solving measures of 51 cases of medical disputes in basic hospitals in Jingyang county in Xianyang city, proposing medical disputes major occur in departments of surgical operations, including departments of orthopedics, surgery, obstetrics, and gynecology. Relevent countermeasure of preventing medical disputes are also raised in the paper.
