肝硬化患者依从性影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Patients' Compliance with Hepatic Cirrhosis

目的了解肝硬化患者依从性的影响因素,为护理健康教育提供依据。方法采用访谈法对12例住院的肝硬化患者进行个案访谈,运用质性研究的现象学分析法对资料进行分析。结果归纳出影响肝硬化患者依从性的四个主要因素:①疾病本身因素的影响;②医嘱的可执行性;③患者自身因素的影响;④社会因素的影响。结论增强肝硬化患者的依从性,应提高医嘱的可执行性,构建和谐医患关系,加强对患者院外康复指导,创造关爱患者的社会环境,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the influencing factors of patients＇ compliance with hepatic cirrhosis, providing reference for nursing health education. Method： The method of qualitative research was adopted. Data were collected from 12 hospitalized patients＇ with hepatic cirrhosis by deep interview, and were analyzed by phenomenological procedure. Result： Four main influencing factors were proposed, including the influence of the disease feature, the feasibility of doctor＇s orders, the influence of patients＇ own factors, and the influence of social factors. Conclusion： In order to increase patients＇ comliance with hepatic cirrhosis, a series of countermeasure should be taken such as increase the feasibility of doctors＇ orders should be enhanced, construct a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, strengthen the restoration instruction for discharged patients, create a patient- caring social atmosphere,and improve patients＇ living quality.
