贵州省医疗卫生工作者关于遗体捐献的问卷调查及分析

Analysis of Questionnaire on Health Workers' Recognition towards Donating Cadaver in Guizhou Province

目的了解贵州省医疗卫生工作者对遗体捐献的认知情况、对遗体捐献的态度及影响因素,为有效开展遗体捐献相关工作提供参考。方法对贵州省贵阳、毕节、兴义、安顺、黔东南、黔南等六地医疗卫生工作者进行随机访问,并派发问卷,最后对问卷进行统计分析。结果大部分医疗卫生工作者对遗体捐献知识的缺乏导致其从未向他人宣传过遗体捐献的相关知识;传统观念的影响,对捐献程序的不了解,捐献程序的繁琐以及对接收站点的不信任是导致医务工作者不愿进行遗体捐献的主要原因。结论要发展遗体捐献事业,应加强遗体捐献知识的宣传力度,树立科学思想,破除封建迷信,同时提供简化、便利、人性化的遗体捐献和处理方式。

Objective To get the information of knowledge, attitude and factors affecting health workers＇ recognition towards donating cadaver in Guizhou province, in order to provide reference for relevant work. Method Make stochastic visits to health workers in 6 districts in Guizhou province,and then analyze the statistical data. Results The lack of knowledge led to the majority of health workers unwilling to disseminate cadaver donation. Traditional concept, the ignorance of donating procedures, cumbersome donation procedures and the lack of trust of receiving sites were main reasons for their unwillingness of donating cadavers. Conclusions To develop the cause of cadaver donation, some measures shall be adopted ： establishing scientific ideas to get rid of feudal superstition, strengthening publicity, providing simplified, convenient and humanistic ways to donate cadaver.
