村落文化是乡村医生开展医疗实践的社会背景和文化基础,探讨了村落文化对乡村医生行医观念、行医方式的塑造和影响,结合经济社会对村落文化的冲击,对村医未来的发展前景进行了分析。
Village culture is the social background and cultural basis in which rural doctors carry out medical practice. The paper discusses how village culture shapes and influences the professional concept and behaviors of rural doctors. In addition, the paper analyzes the future development of rural doctors combined with impacts on village culture from economic and social factors.
