医德情感的形成要经过感性、知性、理性、升华等四个阶段。在这些阶段,医德情感主要表现为对医德原则规范的顺从、选择与认同、内化及升华。伴随医德认知的发展进程,产生了丰富的医德情感,从而实现了医者医学伦理素质内在结构中起关键作用的结构要素——医德情感素养的螺旋式提升。

The formation process of medical ethics emotion goes through the formation of perpetual, intellectual, rational, and sublimation stages.
