河北省太行山区综合开发治理的典型模式及其借鉴

Typical Models of Integrated Development and Management in Taihang Mountains of Hebei Province and Their Uses for References

文章通过对河北省太行山区综合开发治理中的生态经济沟治理、生态旅游产业带动型、新农村建设规划先导型、公司化运作的生态农业示范区、产业示范基地为核心的连片开发和科技主导型产业化开发模式的分析,提出了太行山区开发的基本原则是:积极争取政府支持,依靠科技进步和社会资金投入,发展特色产业,延伸农工商产业链,并充分考虑农民的承受能力,走产业化带动经济、社会和生态协调发展的道路。

Based on the analysis of typical developing models for Taihang mountain areas of Hebei Province,such as ecological and economic valleys,eco-travelling oriented industry,new rural construction and designing,company oriented eco-agriculture,industry-based development on a big scale,and technology-dominated industry,several principles were presented in the paper for development of Taihang mountain areas,i.e.,trying for the government support,depending on the progress of science and technology and seeking for social funds,developing characteristic industries and extending the industrial chains of agriculture,industry and commerce,considering the acceptance of local farmers,and coordinative development of economy,society and ecosystem driven by industrialization.
