河北省社区体育设施研究

Studies on the Community Athletic Facilities in Hebei Province

随着经济社会的发展以及个人闲暇时间的增多,社区体育已日益成为体育发展的重点。从场地数量、配置情况、规模和使用情况等角度来看,河北省各地体育设施的现状并不尽如人意,甚至可以说仍存在诸多问题。而要想解决其中存在的问题就必须做到以下五点:一是加强社区公共设施建设工作;二是拓宽资金来源渠道,加大社区体育经费投入;三是虚心听取公众意见,统筹安排社区体育设施;四是建立和完善社区体育设施管理体系;五是发挥社区协调作用,利用好社区资源优势。

Community athletic facilities are becoming more and more important with more economic development and leisure time. In the perspectives of number,location,scale and usage,athletic facilities in Hebei province are not satisfactory. To solve the existing problems,five countermeasures should be taken：more community athletic facilities; more investment in community athletic facilities; planning community athletic facilities as a whole; setting up and improving the management of community athletic facilities and bringing community athletic facilities into full play.
