甲苯暴露标志物邻甲酚测定方法的比较与评价

摘要 尿中邻甲酚(o-cresol)与甲苯暴露存在良好相关关系,是中低浓度甲苯接触的特异和敏感生物标志物。本文综述了尿中o-cresol作为职业接触甲苯的生物监测指标研究现状,介绍了国内外检测尿中o-cresol的各种方法。目前国内外研究检测职业接触甲苯的暴露标志物尿中o-cresol,多用气相色谱法(GC)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)等方法。 As urinary o-cresol concentrations are well related with toluene exposure levels,it is considered a sensitive and specific biomarker of low and moderate toluene exposure.Urinary o-cresol concentration might be determined by various methods as gas chromatography with hydrogen flame ionization detector(GC/FID),gas chromatography combined with mass spectrometry(GC/MS)or high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The application and validity of related methods for determination of urinary o-cresol reported and their application and validity as the biomarker of occupational toluene exposure were all reviewed in this paper.
