摘要
马来西亚巴贡水电站的放水孔具有水头高、流速大、空化、空蚀非常突出的问题,以及运行时间长、施工技术难度大等特点和难点。在设计中,通过多方案比选、2次水工模型试验、国内外专家咨询,最终借鉴国外成熟的技术,选用蝶阀、锥阀及椭圆形消能室的方案,合理、可靠、有效地解决了放水孔的水力学、结构等难题。该设计方案最终得到业主、工程师代表和特别咨询团专家的批准和同意。目前放水孔施工完毕,即将投入运行。
The Bakun outlets are characterized by high head, large flow velocity, severe cavitation and erosion, and long operation time, great construction difficulties and technical challenges. In design, the alternative of butterfly valve, cone valve and oval stilling chamber is selected through comparison of many options, two hydraulic model tests and consulting by experts from China and abroad, which solves the problems of hydraulics and structure effectively and reasonably. The design alternative is finally approved by the Employer, the Engineer's Representative and experts of SCP. Currently, the outlets construction is completed and will be put into operation soon.
