炸药现场混装技术在缅甸伊江水电项目应用的可行性分析

摘要 炸药现场混装技术具有安全性高、成本低、操作方便的优势,适用于炸药需求量大的大体积石方开挖、大型洞室开挖,不受炸药仓库的库存量、运输距离的影响。缅甸伊江流域水电项目装机容量巨大,炸药年使用量达到10000 t以上,高峰期年使用量达到15000 t。通过对炸药现场混装技术的介绍,结合伊江水电项目的特点分析认为,只要解决好原材料出入关的问题,在伊江水电项目使用炸药现场混装技术可以满足高强度作业的需要,规避出口风险,降低投资成本。 The technique for site mixing and loading of explosives has the advantages of high safety, low cost and easy operation, and is suitable to massive rock excavation requiring a large number of explosives, excavation of large tunnels and caverns, without consider- ation of explosives stocks and transport distance. Due to the large installed capacity of Yijinag hydropower project in Bumar, the yearly usage of explosives reaches above lO000t and 15000t at peak. This paper presents the technique for site mixing and loading of explo- sives, and it is thought that if the issues of customs on raw materials export is well settled, application of this technique in the Yijinag project can meet the requirements of high intensity operation, avoid export risk and reduce investment costs.
