作为一种有效的管理工具,目标管理在水电站建设管理中同样具有重要作用。结合工作实践,就目标管理在水电站建设管理中的应用进行探讨。
As an effective management tool, target management plays an important role in hydropower project construction management. On the basis of work practice, the application of target management in hydropower construction management is discussed.
