摘要
采用教学实验研究法对高职学生心理健康的影响程度进行探讨,发现在篮球选项课程教学中实施小群体体育教学模式后,高职学生在改善人际关系、提高自我效能、降低焦虑、缓解敌对情绪方面得到显著改善,表明小群体教学模式的实施对高职学生心理健康水平的提高有一定的促进作用。
With the experimental study method, the research has been carried out to probe the effect of students psychobgy. The result shows that the small group PE teaching method in basketball course has some effect on improving college students interpersonal relationships, strengthen self- efficacy, decrease anxiety and ease hostile, furthermore, it indicates that this teaching method enhances the level of students psychological health.
