建国60年城市社区治理的发展研究——以金华市区为例

建国60年来,城市社区治理的发展经历了三个阶段,表现为三种治理模式:建国初至改革开放前我国的社区治理模式是政府主导型的社区治理模式。改革开放后我国的社区治理模式逐步向政府推动与社区自治相结合的合作型社区治理模式转变。当前我国的社区治理模式正向社区主导、政府支持的自治型社区治理模式发展。作为全国十佳宜居城市、和谐发展城市榜首的金华,其社区治理模式也同样经历了这三个阶段、三种治理模式。

Since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,the development of urban community administration has experienced three stages and is manifested by three administration patterns.Our community administration from the early years after the founding of the People＇s Republic of China to the initiation of reform and opening-up was the government-dominated community administration pattern.After the initiation of reform and opening-up,it has shifted to cooperative community pattern featured by combination of government promotion and community administration.At present,it is developing into the autonomous community administration pattern dominated by community and supported by government.Jinhua,as top one of the ten best harmonious cities has undergone the same stages and patterns.
