摘要
针对长庆气田含H2S天然气的特点,集气干线选用具有抗H2S环境开裂特性的X52直缝双面埋弧焊钢管(UOE),并首次在国内含H2S气田应用纤维素手工焊条进行管道对接焊。为保证集气干线的抗H2S环境开裂性能,对订货合同提出了严格的技术要求,对成品管进行了全面检验。
Abstract AccordingtoH2S contentfeatureofnaturalgas,forgasgatheringlineconstructionX52doubleburiedarclongitudinallyweldedpipes(UOE)havingH2Scorrosioncrackingresistancehavebeenselected,andthecellulosetypeelectrodeshavebeenusedformanualbuttweldingofthepipesforthefirsttimeinsourgasfieldathome.Thisisavaluedattempt.InordertoensureH2Scorrosioncrackingresistanceofgasgatheringline,serioustechnicalrequirementswerespecifiedinordercontractofthepipes,andpipeproductswereoverallinspected.
