摘要
针对长庆气田含Ｈ２Ｓ天然气的特点，集气干线选用具有抗Ｈ２Ｓ环境开裂特性的Ｘ５２直缝双面埋弧焊钢管（ＵＯＥ），并首次在国内含Ｈ２Ｓ气田应用纤维素手工焊条进行管道对接焊。为保证集气干线的抗Ｈ２Ｓ环境开裂性能，对订货合同提出了严格的技术要求，对成品管进行了全面检验。
Abstract AccordingtoH2S contentfeatureofnaturalgas,forgasgatheringlineconstructionX52doubleburiedarclongitudinallyweldedpipes(UOE)havingH2Scorrosioncrackingresistancehavebeenselected,andthecellulosetypeelectrodeshavebeenusedformanualbuttweldingofthepipesforthefirsttimeinsourgasfieldathome.Thisisavaluedattempt.InordertoensureH2Scorrosioncrackingresistanceofgasgatheringline,serioustechnicalrequirementswerespecifiedinordercontractofthepipes,andpipeproductswereoverallinspected.
