橄榄油对自身免疫性睾丸炎生精小管影响的研究

Effect of olive oil towards seminiferous tubules in experimental autoimmune orchitis

目的研究橄榄油对自身免疫性睾丸炎睾丸组织结构及血清抑制素B和卵泡刺激素含量的影响,以探讨橄榄油对睾丸炎的组织结构的拮抗作用及机制。方法选择健康成熟雄性BALB/c小鼠30只,随机分3个组,正常对照组、模型组和橄榄油组,光镜观察睾丸生精小管内的变化,ELISA法检测血清抑制素B和卵泡刺激素的变化。结果橄榄油组睾丸系数、血清抑制素B和卵泡刺激素含量与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HE染色观察可见模型组小鼠生精小管内无生精细胞,橄榄油组小鼠生精小管内可以看到大量的生精细胞。结论橄榄油对自身免疫性睾丸炎炎症损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Objective To observe the effect of olive oil on the histology of testis,the level of plasma inhibin B（INHB） and follicle stimulation hormone（FSH） in experimental autoimmune orchitis（EAO）,and to exploit antagonism and its mechanism,this study was carried out.Methods Duplicated EAO model with Balc/c mice,and then divided all the mice into control group,model group and olive oil antagonistic group randomly.The changes of testicular structure were observed using light microscope,the level of plasma INHB and FSH were measured by ELISA.Results There were significant differences of the testis coefficient between the olive oil group and the model group（P0.05）,and so did the level of plasma INHB and FSH（P0.05）.HE Staining,there was no spermatogenic cell in spermatogenic tubules of model group and there were many spermatogenic cells in spermatogenic tubules of the Olive oil group.Conclusion Olive oil has antagonism on the trauma of the experimental autoimmune orchitis（EAO）.
