乌鲁木齐市83家医疗机构医护人员手卫生调查分析

Medical staff hand hygiene in 83 hospitals of Urumqi city

目的了解乌鲁木齐市83家医疗机构医护人员手卫生执行状况,以改善和提高手卫生质量。方法采用棉拭子涂抹采样和细菌总数检测方法对83家医疗机构医护人员手卫生质量进行检测。结果 83家乌鲁木齐市各类医疗机构的医护人员手标本291份,合格230份,不合格61份,合格率为79.0%。其中,一级医疗机构与诊所医务人员手卫生检测结果合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.46,P<0.01);二级医疗机构与诊所医护人员手卫生检测结果合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.05,P<0.01);三级医疗机构与诊所医护人员手卫生检测结果合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.10,P<0.01);一级、二级和三级医疗机构医护人员手卫生检测结果合格率之间两两比较差异无统计学意义。Ⅱ、Ⅲ类医疗机构不同类别诊疗环境医护人员手卫生合格率比较差异无统计学意义。内科与口腔科医务人员手卫生检测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.714 6,P<0.05),其余科室比较差异无统计学意义。结论医护人员手卫生意识薄弱,手卫生相关知识缺乏,应加强宣传教育,提高医务人员手卫生知识。

Objective To inspect the condition of hands-washing of medical staffs in Urumqi hospitals.Methods Cotton-swab wiping sampling and bacteriological examination methods were used to examine the hand hygiene quality of medical staffs in 83 hospitals.Results Total cotton-swab wiping sampling was 291,the qualified rate of hands-washing was 79.0%.The difference of hand hygiene results between grade one medical staff and clinic staff has statistical significance（χ2=15.46,P0.01）;The difference of hand hygiene results between grade two medical staff and clinic staff has statistical significance（χ2=16.05,P0.01）;The difference of hand hygiene results between grade three medical staff and clinic staff has statistical significance（χ2=12.01,P0.01）;There have no difference of hand hygienee results among grade one,two and three medical staff.There has no difference of hand hygiene result between Ⅱ,Ⅲ environment.The differences of hand hygience result between internal medicine and dental clinic has statistical significance（χ2=4.714 6,P0.05）.There had no difference of hand hygiene results among others.Conclusion Awareness of standard hands-washing among medical staffs is weak.More training should be supplied to doctors and nurses in order to improve hand hygiene administration.
