新疆紫草乙酸乙酯提取物对血液凝集参数的影响

Effects of arnebia euchroma ethylacetate extract on blood coagulatione parameters

目的研究新疆紫草对大鼠血液凝集参数的影响。方法新疆紫草乙酸乙酯提取物分别以高、中、低剂量给大鼠连续灌胃给药7、14、21 d后、剥离腹主动脉,测定大鼠活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量,观察大鼠各项血液凝集参数的变化情况。结果新疆紫草乙酸乙酯提取物能缩短TT、提高FIB含量,对TT值和FIB值的影响呈剂量相关性,对APTT和PT的影响不显著。结论新疆紫草乙酸乙酯提取物具有较好的促凝血作用,其机理可能与增加纤维蛋白原含量,促进纤维蛋白原转变为纤维蛋白的过程有关。

Objective To study the effect of arnebia euchroma（AE） ethyl acetate extract on rat blood coagulatione parameters.Methods The extract were given to rat with high,middle and low dosage by intragastric administration consecutively for 7,14 and 21 days,respectively.The blood samples were collected from abdominal artery,and the parameters： activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,thromboplastin time（PT）,thrombin time（TT） and contents of fibrinogen（FIB） were tested.Results Compared with normal control group the extract significantly shortened the TT,increased the content of FIB.There were no significant effect on APTT and PT.Conclusion The ethyl acetate extract of AE showed better hemostatic effects,the mechanism were considered that it were elated with the rising of FIB content which impel the process of fibrinogen transfer to fibrin.
