我国科技信息资源共享中信息质量评价思考

Think about the Information Quality Assessment in Science and Technology Information Resource Sharing of China

随着我国各类科技信息共享工程的逐步推动,共享信息的信息质量问题也日渐凸现,已成为影响我国科技信息共享工作的一个突出制约因素,如何对共享信息的信息质量进行全面、准确、科学的描述、度量和评价是深化共享工作的一个亟待解决的迫切问题。本文通过对信息质量评价的必要性、目前信息质量评价现状以及科技信息资源共享环境下信息质量评价的特殊性进行了分析,并重点介绍了采用质量元数据进行信息质量评价的方法,以期能够有效促进、提高和改进共享数据资源的信息质量评价体系,达到以评促建、以评促改、以评促管的效果。

As China＇s various types of science and technology（ST）information sharing projects were promoted gradually,information quality（IQ）issues of information sharing are increasingly apparent,which has become the key impact factor of China＇s ST information resource sharing in a prominent,and should be resolved instantly.How to conduct a comprehensive,accurate and scientific description,measurement and evaluation is an urgent task for ST information resource sharing projects.This paper introduces the necessity of IQ assessment,the current status of IQ assessment,to analyze the particularity of IQ assessment,and highlighted the quality of metadata used IQ assessment methods to effectively promote the sharing of data resources.
