银花汤联合米诺环素胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮疗效观察

Clinical observation of YinHua decoction combined with Minocycline capsule treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的观察中药银花汤联合米诺环素胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮(肺胃蕴热型)的临床疗效。方法将入组的99例寻常型痤疮患者按照门诊就诊顺序编号,采用随机数字表法分成两组。治疗组49例,对照组50例。治疗组:中药银花汤联合米诺环素胶囊(商品名:玫满霉素;重庆科瑞制药有限责任公司生产)口服,其中米诺环素胶囊50 mg,每日两次,连用2周,然后递减为50 mg,每日一次,再用4周;中药银花汤,每日200 ml,每日两次,早晚饭后温服。同时外用维胺酯维E乳膏(商品名:尤维佳;重庆华邦制药股份有限公司生产),每日2次。共使用6周。对照组:口服米诺环素胶囊50 mg,每日两次,连用2周,然后递减为50 mg,每日一次,再用4周。同时外用维胺酯维E乳膏,每日2次,共使用6周。观察治疗后第2、4、6周两组皮损的变化,从而作出疗效评价。结果治疗后第2、4、6周,治疗组有效率分别为44.9%、75.5%和93.9%;对照组有效率分别为30.0%、60.0%和76.0%。第6周两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银花汤联合米诺环素胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮(肺胃蕴热型)的临床疗效较单纯应用米诺环素胶囊更为显著。

Objective To observation the therapeutic effects of YinHua decoction combined with Minocycline capsule treatment of Acne Vulgaris.Methods All of 99 patients with Vulgaris acne were given into two groups at random：treatment group（49 cases） were treated with XinHua decoction combined with Minocycline capsule,whereas the control group（50 cases） were only given Minocycline capsule.Both groups received equal external treatment,the therapeutic effects in two groups were compared,and adverse effect was monitored.Results In 2nd,4th,6th week of treatment,the effective rates of treatment group and control group were 44.9%,75.5%,93.9% and 30.0%,60.0%,76.0%.We can easily suppose that the efficacy of the treatment group is higher than the control group.And the difference of efficiency between the two groups has significative statistics meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of YinHua decoction combined with Minocycline capsule on patients with Acne Vulgaris is more significant than that only take Minocycline capsule.
