摘要
文中对亚洲(青海)硅业引进西门子法生产太阳能多晶硅尾气回收二氧化硅性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:影响二氧化硅纯度的主要因素是加热减量和灼减量;从样品形貌可以看出,团聚使样品粒度增大;本技术提纯的二氧化硅粉体可应用于高分子复合材料、橡胶、塑料、涂料、油漆、密封胶、陶瓷等诸多行业。提高了产品的附加值,实现了多晶硅节能减排、清洁生产。
In this paper,the properties of liquid phase silicon dioxide from reclaiming tail gas of solar polysilicon production by siemens in Asia Silicon industry(Qinghai) are studied.The results show that: the major factors which impact the purity of silicon dioxide are heating loss and ignition loss;from morphology,it can be seen that the particle size increases by agglomeration;after purification,the silicon dioxide powder can be applied to polymer composites,rubber,plastics,coatings,paints,sealants,ceramics and many other industries.It not only increases the value of the products,but also achieves energy conservation,emission reduction and clean production.
