螺杆泵是近几年在我国石油生产出现的一种新型采油机械。由于在石油生产过程中 ,地下情况复杂并难以检测 ,因此有时会发生传动杆扭断的恶性生产事故。研制开发的以 80C552为核心的螺杆泵采油系统自动测控仪 ,采用非接触式传感器和霍尔元件以及设计的仪器软件 ,可对螺杆泵工作时的电流、传动杆的扭矩、电机转速、泵杆转速及井口产液量进行实时测量 ,并实时监测螺杆泵的工作状态 ,对可能发生的危险情况及时发出报警信号或自动关断电源 ,有效预防恶性事故的发生。该仪器可独立使用 ,也可作为大型测控系统的下位机使用 。

Screw oil well pump is a new kind of production machinry, turning out in recent years, widely used in China petroleum producting. While petroleum producting, it is difficult to measure the underground situation, so sometimes the bad accident will happen that the drive shaft is wrenched fault. The paper introduces an antomatical measuring and controlling instrument for screw oil well pump. Its core controlling part is 80C552 microcontroller. Using uncontact motor, Hall element and designed software, the instrument can measure the current of screw pump operation, torque, rotation speed of moter and pump, and wellhead realtime liquid production measuring. It can measure the system situation in real time, also send out alarm signal or cut down the power supply while happens bad accident. The instrument can be used alone, also as lower-strata computer in big computer control system. It has more actual meaning and good prospect in application.
