混合电路在核测井仪器中的应用

摘要 随着石油、化工、机械、通信等电子产品日新月异的发展 ,混合电路已经成为电子产品追求稳定性、可靠性、小型化、多功能和轻量化以及高密度组装的重要手段之一。文章简要介绍了混合电路的基本制作工艺 ,指出了混合电路的主要优点 ,并详细介绍了核测井仪器中经常使用的高压模块HVM和信号采集处理模块SPM两种混合电路。采用混合电路技术开发研制的自然伽马测井仪 ,在长庆油田现场使用结果表明 :仪器的重复性、一致性好 ,测量精度高 ,操作简单 。 With the products used in electron, petrolum, chemistry, machinery and communication industries developing into miniaturization, multifunction and high reliablity, the mixed circuit has already become one of the main measures for electronic products to pursue high stability and reliability, miniaturization and lightening weight as well as assembling in high density. This paper briefly introduces the basic manufacture arts of mixed circuit. Points out its main advantages, and introduces the two kinds of modular usually used by nuclear logging instruments, named as HVM (high voltage modular) and SPM (signal requisition and processing modular). Situ use results in Changqing oilfield show a natural gamma logging instrument developed by using mixed circuit has good repeatability and consistency, high measuring accuracy, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
