摘要
以自制的MU609B催化剂,用尿素醇解法在催化精馏装置上进行了合成碳酸二甲酯反应,试验各个操作条件变化对工艺体系产生的影响。结果显示适宜操作条件为:进料尿素的质量分数5%,反应压力0.8MPa,反应温度180℃,回流比2,液体空速0.18h-1。在此操作条件下,DMC的收率达到了50%左右,出口质量分数在1.5%左右。该工艺路线反应产生的氨气可以回收利用,避免了后续甲醇-DMC-水复杂体系的分离问题。
The reaction was occurred on the catalytic distillation process of the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate by direct alcoholysis of urea,the interactions of the operating parameters of this process were analyzed.The analysis results show that the DMC yield is about 50% and the concentration of DMC is about 1.6%(wt),under the condition of the feed concentration 5%(wt) of urea,0.8 MPa of operation pressure,2:1 of reflux ratio and operation temperature of 180 ℃ and LHSV of 0.18 h-1.
