摘要
总结了目前光气或基于光气的异氰酸酯法、由肼类化合物反应法、重排反应法、取代脲置换反应法、催化羰基化法和微波法等6种制备取代脲的方法,并评价了其优缺点。笔者提出的采用双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯试剂与胺反应的方法,选择性高、收率高,成本低廉、安全性好,有望成为工业合成对称脲、非对称脲和环脲等化合物的一条环境友好途径。
6 substituted methods of substituted urea compounds such as phosgene isocyanate or phosgene based isocyanate method,hydrazine compound reaction,rearrangement reaction method,substituted urea replacement reaction method,catalytic carbonylation method and microwave method are summarized,their advantages and disadvantages are also evaluated.The author puts out a method of bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate reagent and amine reaction which is high in selectivity,yield,low in cost and good in safety,which can be expected to be a friendly way for industrial synthesis of symmetric urea and unsymmetric urea and cyclic urea compounds.
