摘要
介绍了高压静电水处理器的基本结构、原理。将其应用在氯碱制冷系统循环水装置,进出氨冷凝器冷却水温差从～4℃提高到～7℃,整个夏季节约用水100kt,避免人工清洗管板,每年可节约费用19.4万元。
Basic structure and principles of high-voltage static water processor are introduced.Its application in the circulation water equipment of chloro-alkail refrigeration system,cooling water temperature difference of the inlet and outlet ammonia condenser is raised from ～4 ℃ to ～7 ℃,for the whole summer season it can save water 100 kt,and avoid manual cleaning of pipe board,it can save the cost of 194 thousand yuan.
