摘要
采用N-甲基吡咯烷酮净化吸收保险粉装置尾气,再经分子筛转轮吸附处理,对200kt/a保险粉装置原CH3OH吸收SO2尾气流程进行了技术改进,使尾气中SO2和CH3OH的体积分数控制在10×10-6、150×10-6以下,原料SO2、CH3OH的单耗分别下降26、30kg/t,保险粉的生产成本下降约150元/t,提高了经济效益,实现了达标排放,降低了生产成本。
Technological innovation is made to the existing adsorption technology of SO2 tail gas in the 200 kt/a rongalite production equipment,by using n-methyl pyrrolidone instead of CH3OH as adsorption solvent,the volume fraction of SO2 and CH3OH is control under 10×10-6,150×10-6 ,Unit Consumption of SO2 and CH3OH are reduced to 26 kg/t and 30 kg/t,respectively,and the production cost of rongalite is reduced by $150/t.This innovation can improve economic benefits so that the discharge can meet the standard and the production cost is reduced.
