摘要
环己醇氨化法生产的粗环己胺,经脱水、脱烷、制胺3步精馏可获得高纯度、产品价值更高的环己胺。工业化实践表明,通过精馏的方法,常压下利用烷水共沸精馏来脱水,塔釜可得到水的质量分数少于0.05%的粗胺,然后常压下利用沸点不同进行脱烷,塔釜的含烷可以完全脱除,最后通过负压精馏,能得到99.9%以上的环己胺。
Raw cyclohexylamine is prepared from cyclohexanol amination through 3 steps of dehydration,dealkylation and amination to get cyclohexanol of higher value in high purity.Industrialization practice show that through the rectification,dehydration is carried out by cyclohexane-water rectification under normal pressure,the mass fraction available from the tower top is less than 0.05% raw amine,followed by dealkylation with different boiling points under normal temperature,the cyclohexane in the tower top can be removed completely,and followed by Negative pressure to get cyclohexylamine of over 99.9% mass fraction.
