摘要
共轭亚油酸(CLA)是世界公认的具有抗癌、减肥和抗动脉硬化作用的脂肪酸。以共轭亚油酸的生成菌株干酪乳杆菌为出发菌株,经紫外诱变处理,筛选出一株高产共轭亚油酸的菌株,并优化其培养条件,在亚油酸添加量0.05%,乳糖添加量2%,接种量4%,初始pH6.5,37℃发酵36h时,共轭亚油酸生物合成量可达394.1μg/mL。
Conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)is recognized as a fatty acid containing many biological properties that relate to health(anticancer,antiobesity,antiangiosclerosis).Original strain,Lactobacillus casei was mutated by ultraviolet radiation.Then a strain,producing conjugated linoleic acid was obtained.The optimum conditions were found,content of linoleic acid 0.05 %,content of lactose 2 %,inoculum size 4 %,original pH of culture material 6.5,culture temperature 37 ℃,and culture time 36 h.394.1 μg/mL is the highest conjugated linoleic acid.
