摘要 以水作溶剂,研究不同提取条件对元蘑多糖含量的影响,同时通过正交试验得出最佳的提取条件为浸提温度90℃、浸提时间4h、料液比3∶100(g/mL),得到的多糖含量为22.82%。 The effects of different factors on the extraction of Hohenbuehelia serotina Polysaccharide were studied with water in the paper.Then the optimal parameters were obtained by orthogonal experiment.It was extraction temperature 90 ℃,extraction time 4 h,ratio of solid to liquid 3∶100 (g/mL).The content of polysaccharides was 22.82 % in the conditions.
