摘要
采用正交试验确定超临界CO2萃取黑加仑籽油的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取黑加仑籽油的最佳工艺条件为萃取压力25MPa,萃取温度为40℃,分离釜I压力为6MPa,萃取时间为120min。在上述条件下黑加仑籽油的萃取效率为60.26%,采用超临界CO2萃取黑加仑籽油是可行的。
The optimum conditions for SCE-CO2 were selected by orthogonal design test.The optimal extraction conditions were as follow： extraction pressure 25 MPa,extraction temperature 40 ℃,separator I pressure 6 MPa,extraction time 120 min.The extraction efficiency was 60.26 % under the above conditions.SCE-CO2 of blackcurrant seeds oil is available.
