青稞籽粒脂肪酸成分的GC/MS分析 被引量:7

摘要 分别采用索氏抽提法和酸水解法提取青稞籽粒脂肪酸成分,再经过氢氧化钾/甲醇碱催化甲酯化法进行衍生化处理后,通过气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析脂肪酸的组成。结果显示,两种方法青稞籽粒脂肪类成分的提取量分别为2.60g/100g和3.07g/100g,主要成分为亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸和亚麻酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量超过77%。 Fatty acids from the seeds of hulless barley were extracted by Soxhler extractor and acid-hydrolysis method.After being methyl-esterified under the present of KOH/MeOH,the components of fatty acids were analyzed by GC/MS.The results showed the extracting quantities of fatty acids using these two methods were 2.60 g/100 g and 3.07 g/100 g,respectively The main components were linoleic acid,oleic acid.palmitic acid and linolenic acid.Most of the fatty acids were polyunsaturated fatty ones,whose quantities obtained were more than 77 %.
