深圳市售贝类重金属含量调查与评价

Investigation and Evaluation on Heavy Metal Content in Shellfish Saled in Shenzhen

以深圳市售贝类为试材,样品经过微波消解之后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS),同时测定样品中的Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、As 5种重金属含量,并依据国家标准检测方法GB/T 5009.12及我国食品相关重金属限量标准,对检验结果进行评价。结果表明:采自深圳市售的129份贝类样品中,除铜和铬2种重金属元素超标率较低外,其他3种重金属元素超标率均在90%以上。说明深圳市售贝类中重金属污染严重,应对铅、镉和砷应进行重点监控。

The contents of Pb,Cd,Cu,Cr and As in shellfish saled in Shenzhen were investigated.The test results were evaluated according to GB/T 5009.12 and related limited standard of heavy metals.The contents of Pb,Cd,Cu,Cr and As in 129 shellfish samples were measured by microwave digestion and ICP-AES.The results showed that the over standard rates of Cu and Cd contents were lower,while those of Pb,Cr and As were over 90%,that was to say,the heavy metal pollution in shellfish was serious,and Pb,Cr and As should be mainly monitored.
