摘要
本文利用标准方法对无锡毫茶和毫毛中的主要内含成分进行检测,探讨无锡毫茶白毫与茶叶品质的关系,并结合感官审评结果表明,白毫中的内含成分与茶叶中基本一致,除粗纤维外其它成分均低于茶叶的含量。
In this paper,the major chemical composition of Wuxi-Haocha and its leaf trichomes were analysed.It showed that the concentrations of chemical compositions were lower in Wuxi-Haocha than those in Fudingdabai except for crude fiber.The relationship between sensory quality and leaf trichomes was discussed.
