摘要
介绍了智能刀具选择系统所应用的关键技术:特征建模技术、编码技术.使用本刀具选择系统,可以对刀具信息进行有效管理,能够根据工艺特征等条件选择出适合加工的刀具.该系统通用性强、使用灵活,具有良好的开放性,可大幅提高刀具选择的效率.
The applied key techniques of the selective system for the intelligent cutting tools,feature model and code technology are introduced in the paper.By using the selective system,the information of tools can be managed effectively and the tools suited to the manufacture can be chosen according to the technological conditions.The system has a strong generality and is flexible in use and good in opening.It increases the efficiency of the cutting tools selection greatly.
