Carbon Idea and Urban Development

叙述了低碳经济的内涵、低碳城市的特点及国际的区域性示范经验,指出,参照自然界的生物链概念来发展低碳城市形态,提出,注重技术创新与利用、摆脱"碳锁定"的困境、提出中国城市低碳化发展思路。

This paper describes the content of low-carbon economy,the characteristics and the model of low-carbon city. The author points out that if we want to develop low-carbon city in China,we should draw on international regional model experience and refer to concept of nature＇s food chain to develop low carbon urban pattern. We should focus on technology innovation and utilization,get rid of the plight of ＂carbon locking＂ ,thereby realize low-carbon urban development.
