一季度,山西省经济继续保持良好发展态势,经济向好趋势进一步确定。与此同时,山西省能源消费量呈现快速增长势头,单位工业增加值能耗降幅收窄,随着宏观经济的逐渐向好,特别是高耗能行业的加快复苏,节能降耗压力骤然加大,认为完成"十一五"节能降耗目标任务尚需狠下功夫。

In the first quarter of this year,economy of Shanxi is still maintained a good momentum of development,and economic growth picked up quickly. However,energy consumption grew fast and industrial added value of energy consumption narrowed. Due to the macro-economic gradually improved,particularly high energy consumption industry recoveried quickly,the pressure of energy saving is huge. Therefore we must take pains to finish the energy consumption goal of ＂Eleventh Five-year＂.
