摘要
根据Q/GDW347-2009《电能计量装置通用设计》的要求,结合变电站现场验收工作经验,对10 kV电能计量装置和计量点的设置进行探讨,从客户需求、企业管理、技术经济性等方面分析电能计量装置和计量点设置目前存在的问题,并提出设计建议。
According to the request of Q/GDW347-2009 ＂Universal design for electric energy metering device＂,on the basis of experience of checking and accepting transformer substation,this paper discusses 10 kV electric energy metering device and electric energy metering point setting,and analyzes the problems in the demand of client,management of corporation and economical side,and presents the design suggestions.
