分析火力发电厂焊接接头热处理的现状,指出存在热处理技术人员缺乏、热电偶未及时检定、热处理温度的选择与材料不匹配、焊后热处理保湿时间短等问题,并针对各种问题给出相应的处理方法及建议。

This paper analyzes status quo of welding joint heat treatment of thermal power plant,points out the problems existing from the aspects of less heat treatment technology members,not inspecting thermocouple in time,controlling temperature unsuitably,and short treatment time after welding,and presents the corresponding settlements and suggestions.
