摘要
目的从基因转录水平与探讨固真方的免疫调节作用。方法采用ＮｏｒｔｈｅｒｎＢｌｏｔ和ＰＴ－ＰＣＲ技术。结果老龄大鼠脾脏细胞ＩＬ－２ｍＲＮＡ含量低于青龄鼠，ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡ含量高于青龄鼠，老龄大鼠体内存在着一定程度的免疫功能紊乱情况；固真方能明显提高老龄大鼠脾脏细胞ＩＬ－２ｍＲＮＡ含量，降低ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡ含量。结论固真方能纠正老年机体免疫功能紊乱，增强机体的抗病能力。
The methods of Northern Blot and Rt PCR were used to
explore the effect of tonifying kidney prescription Guzhen Recipe on immune function of senile
rats of the gene transciption level.The results showed that as compared with young rats,the
expression of I1 2 mRNA of senile rats isn decreased while that of IL 6 mRNA is
elevated,suggesting that the immunodysregulation exists in aged rats.However,Guzhen Recipe
could strengthen the defensive ablity.
